"I recently had a fabulous experience at @Nails in San Luis Obispo. Henry gave me the most relaxing manicure appointment I've ever had! The salon has a big team of talented nail professionals offering top-notch services. Their range of new and popular color lines really impressed me. Plus, their clean and hygienic tools showed their commitment to customer safety. I'm so grateful for the wonderful service from Henry and the rest of the staff at @Nails."

"I had horrible service from Henry even though I’ve read so many wonderful reviews. I’ve been there a few times and I’ve never been as rushed as I was this last visit. I was supposed to have a 10 minute massage which lasted maybe three he wrapped hot towels on my legs and left and didn’t come back till they were ice cold never finished even wiping the wax off my foot and I had to put my own shoes on plus he also left two of my toenails not completely done right I would like to post a picture so you could see how horrible my service was"

"I was left with a cut on my pinky finger with drips of blood on both my hands and the towel on the table due to this artist being super aggressive with both the drill and the file, then proceeded to try to clean it with some sort of cuticle oil which then led to a burn in my finger the entire appointment!"
