"I recently had a fantastic experience at @NAILS for a gel manicure with John Vu. My nails have never looked better! John paid great attention to detail, ensuring each nail was perfectly shaped and polished. The salon uses high-end products that left my nails looking sleek and elegant. As I sipped on a complimentary drink, I couldn't help but feel pampered and relaxed throughout the appointment. "I had an appointment and I waited for 15 minutes before being offered a chair. It was another 15 minutes before the tech came to see me. This was incredibly annoying, but I have vacation tomorrow and needed to get my nails done today. Appointment time was 12:45 and I didn't get out until 3:06 for a mani/pedi. I was late picking my kid up from school and had to pay for aftercare. Then I got home and took a closer look at my nails and, while the prep was good, the paint looks terrible. The coats were too thick and did not cover my full nail. So I have spots were there is no polish (especially at the tips) and spots where the 1st and 2nd coats were so uneven that you can see big drop offs. I can't come back to get them fixed because I leave tomorrow morning. Very dissatisfied."
