By opting into our RCS/SMS messaging program or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service for @ Nails.
1. Messaging Service
- Opt-In: By entering your phone number into our system (Lucky Spin, Check-In, or Appointment Booking), you consent to receive recurring RCS/SMS messages from us. Message frequency varies based on your activity.
- Standard Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact information. You must be at least 18 years old to use our messaging services or provide consent.
3. Cancellation (Opt-Out)
You can cancel the messaging service at any time. Just text the keyword STOP to our number.
After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us.
4. Help & Support
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at our San Luis Obispo location.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
