"Phillip is the sweetest, kindest, nail tech! Over the past 14 years I have been seen by several different people. Phillip is my favorite by far! He is meticulous and doesn't cut corners. He has been doing my Arcylics for the past couple years. He never shies away from the crazy ideas I bring with me and he executes them flawlessly. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could."
