"Going to a nail salon usually means constantly speaking up just to get what I asked for which is frustrating when you’re paying $70+. Mai is a total breath of fresh air. She proactively checked in on the shape, length, and design the entire time, making sure I loved every detail.
As someone who is very particular, I often hesitate to ask for changes because I don’t want to seem difficult. But when I wanted a minor tweak, Mai was so gracious and happy to adjust it. No crooked nails, no missed details, and zero stress.
On top of her exceptional work, the customer service here is amazing, complete with complimentary drinks. Mai made sure I was 100% happy with my set long before I reached checkout. I couldn’t recommend her more!"
