"My friend and I said no to gel polish two times, after the first objection Tina asked my friend if he was sure, because gel lasts longer and dries faster. He said “oh then I definitely do not want gel.” Tina did not listen to his no and did gel always. When I heard a beep I looked up from my phone and I saw a gel lamp over my friend’s toes. I said to stop and that we said we didn’t want gel. Tina said she thought we wanted gel and even went so far as to say he picked a color from the “gel book” when he did not, I know because the color he picked came from the same book as the one I chose from and Tony knew I did not want gel. Bad service to ignore the client’s decision. Now he will need to get it professionally removed when he didn’t want it and didn’t ask for it in the first place!! It was the last she could do to not charge for the unwanted gel. I would not recommend this technician because she does not respect client’s decisions for their service."

"During my visit at @NAILS, Tina gave me the most relaxing deluxe pedicure I've ever had - it was truly pampering with great polish colors to choose from. Best nail salon in SLO indeed! Big thanks to the staff for the top-notch service. My toe care service came out beautiful and lasted well."

"Tina at @nails in my opinion is the best manicurist out there. Her work is so professional and of medical quality that I sometimes think I should call her Dr. Tina. She is fabulous."

"After Tina's deluxe pedicure, my feet felt rejuvenated and looked flawless. The attention to detail she provided during the pedi refresh made the experience truly luxurious. I can't wait to book my next appointment at @nails on Froom Ranch Way for another pampering session in San Luis Obispo!"
